BEACH LOCATION FASHION PHOTOSHOOT

​Beach location photoshoot with model Chiara Elisabetta in West Sussex.

We choose the autumn colours to match the season, although the sun did come out and it was quite warm. The shoot took place on Angmering beach, West Sussex which has a mix of sand and pebbles. The wet sand offered beautiful reflections while the stones added an excellent foreground.

​

The beach was quiet except for a few people out walking their dogs so we were able to capture a feeling of calm and isolation. It was a little sunnier than we had planned for but we changed the shoot to suit the light.

Beach or location photoshoots are always exciting. You are working not only with the location, but the weather. Everyone loves a sunny day, but this does not usually produce the best images. Overcast days can have beautiful skies and when mixed with flash can create real drama. 

 

Beach photoshoots are great to include in a model portfolio.
